Karishma Kulshrestha is the Founder and President of Innovility. She brings a rare interdisciplinary background at the intersection of medicine, psychology, chemistry, and leadership. Karishma is finishing up her Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University, where she became the first student to complete a dual major in Psychology and Chemistry on a pre-medical track. Her medical experience spans clinical rotations at Stanford Medicine, hands-on patient care as a Medical Assistant in primary care and psychiatric practices, and ongoing research in cognitive and developmental neuroscience. She is deeply committed to translating research into real-world impact, her work has been presented at leading national and international conferences across cognitive science and medicine. Beyond healthcare, Karishma is a proven leader—having led large-scale philanthropic initiatives, chaired executive boards, and represented organizations at the international level.
She is a published researcher, with peer-reviewed conference publications and invited presentations in the U.S. and Europe, including work presented at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research, the Cognitive Science Society Annual Meeting, and the International Conference on Analogy. She is known for her ability to bridge clinical insight, technology innovation, and people-centered leadership, she is driven to build solutions that improve care delivery, empower clinicians, and center patient priorities.
